Greeting everyone,
Since I know many of you have subscribed to my site so you can get notified of upcoming workshops I thought I’d better get this short note sent out!
The two workshops I plan to do in 2026 are now up and open for registration on the website. While it’s possible things may change, right now these are the only ones I expect to do this coming year. There are a bunch of home renovation projects I want to do that have been getting put off due to lack of time. 🙂
These workshops are happening out at Urban Metal Studio in Mesa, AZ, which is in the Phoenix area. They are happening back to back so if you are interested and there are spots open you could do both. The first is a 3-day Vessel Chasing Workshop happening March 17-19, 2026. This will be followed by another 3-day workshop, Patinas on Copper happening March 20-22, 2026.
Both classes are open to all skill levels whether you are a complete beginner or advanced metalsmith. Urban Metal Studio is a wonderful facility to host a class in. It is spacious and well equipped, plus it is one of the few places that has the exhaust system needed to do a patina workshop in.
