I’ve been noticing over the past few years that jigsaw puzzles are one of those trends coming back into fashion.  This is something I can applaud as a simple pleasurable pass time.  I enjoyed them in my youth and am happy to get back to doing them again myself.  Naturally this led to me considering the idea of producing some with images of my artwork.  Thinking more I realized I know a lot of other fabulous artists whose work would make great puzzles too.  So after a lot more research I decided to go for it.  The 4 jigsaw puzzles you see here are my first foray into this to test the idea out.  If it goes well, and it seems to be so far from the advance interest I’ve gotten, then I hope to do more puzzles featuring my work and that of other studio artists.  When purchasing these puzzles you will be directly supporting the artists featured through the royalties they receive.

I feel I should add now that the puzzles have arrived and I can see them in person for the first time, the pieces are not as thick as I would have wished.  Comparing them with several other brands I have here at home they are the same as some of them so I’ll say these are in the range of normal thickness.  They are just on the thin side of normal.  I realize this is picky point for some puzzlers so I felt I should note it upfront.  On the plus side there is a very nice variety of piece size and shape, making for a much more enjoyable puzzle experience in my opinion.
