Since I now have a store set up on this site I figure I should probably make a page here explaining how I handle returns and/or refunds. In general, if there is a problem with your order please feel free to contact me. I’m not some faceless enterprise who doesn’t care. When you contact me you get me, David Huang, and I’ll try to understand the issue and see if we can’t find a solution that makes everyone happy.
With any artwork sales my policy has always been that because you are purchasing 3 dimensional sculptural objects via 2 dimensional images there is a chance that when you see the work in person it just doesn’t do it for you for whatever reason. If this happens then please let me know shortly after you get the piece. Assuming it is returned in reasonable condition I am always willing to do a full refund with no hassles or hard feelings.
If it is a puzzle you purchased and it’s still unopened in it’s shrink wrap you can certainly ship it back to me (at your shipping expense) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs.
With these being new puzzles I hope we don’t have “missing piece” issues, but if after a careful search for lost pieces (including an interview of any household pets about the issue) the piece is still missing let me know and we’ll see what can be done to replace the piece or refund/replace the defective puzzle, with all extra shipping expenses being my responsibility.
I want you to be happy and satisfied with anything you purchase from me so if there are issues please do let me know.
